Brian Büda is the songwriter, arranger, and producer of the music of THE BROOM CUPBOARD. This 3rd collaboration with the MTC further expands on his love of music and visual storytelling.
Misfit fans will remember his work from GRIMM AND BEAR IT! (Everybody's Dead) & PIES AND PREJUDICE (Baking Our Days Away, I Burned It To The Ground). In THE BROOM CUPBOARD, Brian has enjoyed writing the 9 original songs set to Micah Thompson's witty lyrics. While writing the songs is exciting in and of itself, the real joy of this creative process is seeing the actors run with them and make them their own.
When not saving the world through song and dance, Brian also enjoys creating for a variety of other musical fields including: film scoring, choral music, children’s musicals, dramas, plays, and other theatrical performances. Finally, a simple 'thank you' would never be enough for his lovely wife, Stephanielynn, who has supported him in this 'Super-fantasical time traveling spin'. But he'll say it anyway. Thank you.
